On the Base rate, yes: the credit card must be in the main driver's name. On the Smart and Premium rates we accept credit or debit cards. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
Choose whichever you prefer. Online payment is available through the methods shown during booking. You can also pay at pick-up, whenever that option is available.

Once the booking is confirmed, we email you the instructions and the meeting point. If you give us your flight number, we track your arrival to have the pick-up ready.
If you give us your flight number when booking, we track the arrival and adjust the pick-up when needed. For pick-ups between 20:00 and 8:00, an out-of-hours fee of €35.00 applies, shown before you confirm.
Yes. We deliver in Alvor, Portimão, Praia da Rocha, Lagos, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Vilamoura and nearby. When you choose the location, we show the options available for your booking. For other places, contact us directly.
21 years, with a driving licence held for at least 2 years. Drivers aged 21 and 22 pay a young driver fee of €7.50 per day.
No. One additional driver is included on every rate. At pick-up, just show that driver's valid driving licence.
Yes, as long as you request the Spain permit before pick-up. You can add it during the booking or contact us. Insurance and 24/7 assistance remain valid in Spain. Without prior authorisation, the vehicle may not be driven in Spain or in any other country.
The Via Verde device is always active in the car and works on motorways and in car parks. If you use it, a handling fee of €2.00 per day is charged, up to €20.00 per rental, plus the tolls and/or parking used. The charge is normally made up to one month after the rental ends, except in exceptional situations.
